Synopses[]

Summary[]

Inuyasha begins to pull Ginka's body away as Kinka is being absorbed. Ginka swears he will not be eaten by Mōryōmaru. As Mōryōmaru begins to absorb Kinka's body Inuyasha attacks him, but his shell heals because of the powers found in Kinka and Ginka's blood. Mōryōmaru gloats about how Kinka and Ginka fell into his trap and attacked one another. Inuyasha accuses him of encouraging them to fight, but Kinka agrees with Mōryōmaru that he and his brother chose this way. Kinka claims that if he were the one released from Mōryōmaru's tentacles he would not have hesitated to burn Ginka with his fire. He explains that it is how they were born, and how they went on living.

Kinka says that he has no ill will towards his deceased brother, because his actions were simply a part of their nature. He instead turns his anger towards Mōryōmaru because the feud was between Kinka and Ginka and he interfered. Kinka attacks Mōryōmaru with his flames, but Mōryōmaru is unharmed because of his shell and the power of Kinka and Ginka's blood that he has already absorbed. Inuyasha tries to stop Kinka, but is told to get out of the way or the flames will burn him. Inuyasha tells Kinka that Ginka did not desire that he and Kinka die together. Mōryōmaru goads Inuyasha into attacking him to test the power of his shell against the Dragon-Scaled Tessaiga. He decides that he is stronger than Inuyasha and thanks Naraku. Kinka looks on as Ginka's body is surrounded by flames.
