Inuyasha and Kagome's house is where the two live after married. It's never shown in the manga.

History

Three years after the death of Naraku, Kagome Higurashi returned to the Feudal Era in Feudal Japan through the Bone-Eater's Well. Soon after, she got married to Inuyasha and they settled down together in Kaede's village.

One month later after the defeat of Ne no Kubi, their house was visited by Hōsenki II, who informed them that the second Black Pearl was made ahead of schedule and he heard that Inuyasha had inherited his father Hōsenki I's power, the Kongōsōha, and gave them the Black Pearl and the Beni in exchange for a demonstration of the ability, something Inuyasha gladly agreed to. During the display of the power, the dwelling was damaged, much to Kagome's annoyance. Four years later, Sango and Hisui visit the house where a pregnant Kagome is staying at the start of the lunar eclipse as Rin gives birth to her twins, Towa and Setsuna.

After the birth of Moroha, they give her to Hachiemon to take away from the village as a safety precaution from Kirinmaru and Zero. Shortly thereafter, Inuyasha prepared to battle both Kirinmaru and Sesshōmaru, but his older half-brother took the second Black Pearl from his right eye and transported them to Tōga's tomb in the Border of the Afterlife. Sesshomaru's retainer Jaken explained this away, claiming Inuyasha's Meido Zangetsuha would be needed in the future. Accepting the excuse, Kirinmaru and Sesshomaru departed, and the house was left vacant. It is unknown if Setsuna spent any time there upon returning from Shiori's hidden village.

14 years later, after they leave the border through the Gate of the Afterlife from the Lake of the Staff of Two Heads with the Tenseiga from Towa, they returned to the village and took Moroha to the house.
