Kagome's school (かごめの中学校, かごめのちゅうがっこう, "Kagome no chūgakkō") is the junior high school which Kagome Higurashi attended in the modern era.

History

Kagome's attendance became a lot less frequent since she began her adventuress in the Feudal Era. Her grandfather would often give her fake illnesses to explain her absence to the school. Despite her accumulated absences, Kagome was still able to graduate and move on to high school (due to the school she applied to had enough vacant spots for her to get it). Kagome's brother Sōta Higurashi have been attended after she have been married to Inuyasha after been graduated from high school.

Trivia

• In the video game Secret of the Divine Jewel, Kagome's school is shown to be located southwest of her house.
  • It also revealed to be as the middle school.
• In Japan's education system for junior high, the students would stay in the same classroom while the teachers would rotate for each subject that was being taught to them.
