Raimei Valley (雷鳴谷, らいめいこく, "Raimeikoku") was the abode of the Thunder Demon Tribe. In the midst of the valley was a castle where the Thunder Brothers' lived.
History[]
It was the site of the Thunder Brothers' last battle, with the hanyō Inuyasha, and their subsequent defeat. Their castle was then occupied by their sister Sōten after their deaths. She challenged the kitsune Shippō to a duel at Raimei Valley to avenge the honor of her tribe. Their vendetta was settled when Shippō gave her his crayons after realizing that Sōten was a girl.
