Satuki's hut was a poorly built dwelling that was located underneath a bridge. It was where Satsuki and her brother. It had a straw bed and a few bowls that were inside it.

After her brother left to fight in the war, Satsuki continued to live in the hut and waited for him to return. Satsuki was offered to live with the village headman when her brother had died, but she refused and continued to wait for her brother to return. After Satsuki encountered a yōkai that was disguised as her brother, she decided to leave her hut to go live with the village headman.
