The Thunder Lion was a creation of Konton's through the use of Tao magic.
History[]
The Thunder Lion and Wind Lion attacked the Meiōjū alongside Konton. Their attacks didn't hurt the Meiōjū. Years later, they attacked a village with Konton, who levelled it into a small temple for himself.
The Thunder Lion attacked Towa Higurashi when the she, Setsuna, and Moroha confronted Konton. After the girls left, Konton sent the Wind Lion and Thunder Lion to locate them. When they found them, the Thunder Lion fought Setsuna, who killed it by slicing it in half.
Physical Description[]
The Thunder Lion is a large red lion with yellow eyes. His head and mane are a darker shade of red than his body. The main is more jagged than the Wind Lion's.

- Lightning Blast: The Thunder Lion can launch a blast of lightning from it's mouth.
