In demon form, she had light brown fur while still wearing the kimono and long, gray hair.

Powers and Abilities[]
Weaknesses[]
- Spiritual Powers: As Miroku threw his two sacred sutras at the wild dog yōkai, it causes her in pain and used his staff to hit her head to free the princess. She have no effect on the staff's barrier, and he used two sacred sutras on her twice before she had been killed by Sango's Hiraikotsu.
Trivia[]
- Similar to Bunza who is a wildcat yōkai, but is dubbed a "lynx" (an animal not native to Japan) in English, this demon is dubbed as a "coyote" (an animal which is also not native to Japan) in the English version, but is actually a wild dog (literally "mountain dog" in Japanese, just as wildcats are referred to as "mountain cats"). The difference between this demon and demons like Sesshōmaru and Inuyasha could therefore be a wild vs. domestic distinction.
